See how Research, Pro, and Desk are organized, how billing works when access opens, and how to reach support.

Plans, billing, and support

Pricing shows the plan paths before activation. Support is available through the support email, and Desk questions can come through the Desk access form.

How the plans are organized

PredictDesk's plan story is straightforward: Research and Pro are the individual paths, and Desk is the guided path for teams, firms, and desks.

  • Research is the focused path for deep research, monitoring, live-signal delivery, workflow continuity, and up to 6 outbound webhook endpoints.
  • Pro keeps that individual flow and extends it with deeper diagnostics, richer monitoring, and up to 50 outbound webhook endpoints.
  • Desk is the shared access path when the workflow belongs to a team, firm, or desk instead of one trader.

How access and checkout work

PredictDesk beta access still opens by invite. That means pricing is there to help you choose the right path before activation. Joining the waitlist does not start billing, and pricing should be read as plan context until your access path opens.

Where billing is handled

Where billing is available, payment-method updates, receipts, invoices, and some account-management actions are handled through Stripe-managed billing pages reached from the PredictDesk flow. PredictDesk should not pretend to be the payment processor, and it should not imply that it stores raw card data itself.

What cancellation looks like

Where a paid path is active, cancellation is handled as an account-management action rather than as a vague promise. In practice, that means the relevant billing page or customer portal is the place to manage payment details and cancellation.

How support works

Support is available through the visible support email, and Desk questions can come through the Desk access form. After access exists, in-product support intake is available too. The main point is simple: support is real, but the path depends on whether you are evaluating access, asking about Desk, or already inside the product.
