Product classification
PredictDesk is a broker-agnostic decision workspace for stocks and options. It is research, diagnostics, workflow, and monitoring software — not a broker, not investment advice.
Hypothetical results
Backtests and scenario results presented in the product are hypothetical. They do not represent live trading results and are provided as research-only illustrations.
Options risk
Options involve significant risk and are not appropriate for all investors. Before trading options, review the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (ODD) published by the OCC.
Data horizons and assumptions
Equities and options scans and backtests typically use up to ~3 years of historical data, depending on the symbol, structure, and interval. This should be understood before drawing conclusions.
Execution responsibility
PredictDesk supports research workflow without custody or brokerage. Any execution handoff remains outside PredictDesk and is governed by your own broker or execution stack. You remain responsible for your own execution decisions and risk management.
Docs and FAQ alignment
The legal surfaces, docs, and FAQ should reinforce the same truth set: no broker, no investment advice, hypothetical results, risk disclosure, and clear data-horizon boundaries.
