Important information about how PredictDesk should be used.

PredictDesk is a broker-agnostic decision workspace for stocks and options. It is not a broker, not investment advice, and not an execution venue. Any backtests, scenario analysis, or historical illustrations shown in the product or on the site are hypothetical and should be understood in that context.

PredictDesk is not a broker or adviser

PredictDesk provides research and workflow tooling. It is not a broker-dealer, market maker, or registered investment adviser.

You remain responsible for your own investment decisions, trade sizing, execution choices, and account outcomes.

Backtests and hypothetical results

Backtests, simulations, and scenario analysis rely on historical data and modeling assumptions. They may not reflect actual trading conditions, liquidity, spreads, slippage, transaction costs, or broker fees.

Options metrics are based on approximately the last ~2 years of options data at launch. Equity-related metrics may use longer horizons where supported.

Hypothetical or simulated performance is not a guarantee of future performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Options involve significant risk

Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Certain strategies can result in the loss of the entire investment or more than the original amount committed.

Carefully consider your objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance before trading options.

Signals, alerts, and execution

Signals, alerts, and model outputs may be delayed, fail to deliver, or differ from the executions a broker completes. Execution quality, fills, and slippage are determined by your broker and remain outside PredictDesk control.

There is no guarantee that signals can be executed at backtested prices, sizes, or timing.

General disclaimer

PredictDesk tools are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice, and they do not guarantee profits or limit losses.

Consult a qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances when appropriate.
